What
affect does Oregon have on an artist? We asked Oregon artist
Shirley Reade, who currently resides in Springfield.
"As
an artist I am always excited and grateful to those who promote
the arts. It not only gives the artist an opportunity to tell his
or her stories, but affords the viewer a powerful and uplifting
experience.."
